Cancellation Policy

Our policy

As per our holding deposit terms, payment is non-refundable as payment secures chosen date and covers admin costs.

 

1. If restrictions are in place within a month leading up to event and foreseeably were to affect your date (listed end date is on or after chosen date), we will offer to reschedule catering to a mutually agreed date with no extra charge.

2. For events where restrictions have a direct impact- within 2 weeks of event. 

We will offer to reschedule catering to a mutually agreed date with no extra charge where 

- There is a 70% or greater drop in confirmed guest numbers from expected guest numbers

For piece of mind as we all navigate through this ever changing time. 

if; restrictions, staff shortages, illness and/or reasons out of our control were to impact your event or **points under section 2. above were to occur with 72 hours (3 days prior to event) we will work along side you to provide, where possible, catering as close to booked, the sub contracting of staff/catering or refund or part refund bases on a case by case basis.

3. Events that do not meet criteria 'at any time' listed in this document for reasonable grounds to reschedule are expected to proceed. Any money paid will not be refunded in such case where catering is canceled. If such decision is made on or after due date of final invoice, and is determined to fall outside of criteria, balance will still be owed inclusive of final invoice amount plus any collection or legal costs.

We reserve the right to update our policy from time to time and endeavor to give as much notice as possible prior to your event.
