We are now back in action this week after having attended an incredible personal and business development retreat.


Many pivotal moments took place over the week and I look forward to seeing these through and the positive changes they will bring! ā¤ļø

March is the Cerebral Palsy Alliance 100km in March fundraiser


A cause that is close to our heart and have been supporting for several years.

I'm asking for your support. This March, I am taking part in the 100km in March Challenge to help babies, children and adults with cerebral palsy. ā¤ļø

Every 20 hours, an Australian child is born with cerebral palsy. It's the most common physical disability in childhood and there is no known cure.

So my goal is to move 100km in March and raise funds to support research into the prevention, treatment and cure of cerebral palsy, and provide support services that help people with cerebral palsy to lead full and independent lives.

Please donate to support my challenge - you are AMAZING!


Jay is well on track to exceed the 100kms by the end of March!
